The cast is:
Vanya – Ellen Page (X-Men: Days of Future Past) will star as Vanya, who is distant from the family because they believed she lacked powers. This is a highly sexualized character, very curved like a violin, Ellen Page seems an odd choice.
Luther (Spaceboy) – Tom Hopper (Game of Thrones) plays Luther, he has super-strength, and after a terrible accident during an expedition to Mars, his head had to be transplanted onto the body of a gorilla.
Allison (The Rumor) – Emmy Raver-Lampman (Hamilton) will play Allison, who has the power to alter reality through lying. If she says something untrue, reality will adjust so that it is.
Diego (The Kraken) – David Castaneda (El Chicano) is Diego, he can hold his breath underwater and is an expert with knives. He is volatile emotionally and one of the core members of the team. Castaneda will have to buff up to fit the book images.
Klaus (The Seance) – Robert Sheehan (Misfits) is Klaus, has the ability to speak with the dead and take on their form. His powers include levitation, telekinesis, and the ability to contact the dead.
Number Five (The Boy) – Aidan Gallagher (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn) is Number Five, who can travel through time with his own power. He aged normally in the distant future but regressed back to his youth in transit.
